Our Partnership Policy

This Partnership Policy outlines our payment terms, cancellation conditions, service scope, and responsibilities when working with T D Strategists Ltd.

 

This is the Policy you agree to when subscribed to our Partnership Plans, designed to ensure clarity, consistency, and a smooth working relationships.

1. Payment Terms

All services operate on an upfront payment basis. Payment is required before any work commences.

Our services are planned and resourced in advance, often several weeks ahead, including strategic planning, task allocation, and team scheduling.

 

For this reason:

  • Work is committed ahead of delivery

  • Capacity is reserved in advance

​

Upfront payments and a 30-day notice period allow us to plan services responsibly and maintain consistent delivery across client accounts.

2. Cancellations & Notice Period

That being said, we want to remain flexible for our partners. Hence, our services may be cancelled at any time by providing written notice via email. A minimum notice period of 30 days applies from the date notice is received.

 

During this notice period:

  • We will work together to wind-down activity

  • We will agree a hand-over strategy

  • We need to disconnect our tools properly

  • We need to un-asssign permissions accordingly

  • Billing may continue until services are stopped, and all payments completed

3. Service Pauses & Immediate Cancellations

Immediate pauses and immediate cancellations are not included within our standard 6 month partnership plans, unless explicitly agreed in advance.

​

How we handle pausing our Partnership Packages:

  • A minimum of 30 days’ written notice is required

  • Services and billing may continue during the notice period

  • A new subscription or agreement maybe be required to resume services following a pause

​

We also offer 12-month rolling agreements, which provide greater flexibility and are easier to pause and restart, subject to the same notice requirements.

​

If you wish to pause our services, we recommend considering your payment schedule before scheduling a pause or cancellation - to avoid complications and down-time.

​

4. Data Retention & Access

Following service termination or cancellation, T D Strategists Ltd will retain client account data and access for up to 90 days.

​

This period allows for:

  • Any final handover or clarification

  • Resolution of outstanding queries

  • Orderly disconnection of tools and platforms

​

After 90 days, we reserve the right to:

  • Delete retained account data

  • Remove access to connected tools and systems

  • Fully disconnect from client platforms

​

Clients are responsible for requesting and securely storing any required data before this retention period ends.

5. Amazon Advertising Fees

Amazon Advertising Spend is billed separately at +5% of ad spend.

  • The first £1,000 per month of ad spend is complimentary

  • After £1,000 per month, we will add 5% of Ad Spend over £1,000 to the monthly bill

6. Late Payments & Account Pauses

If outstanding payments are not settled within 10 days of the due date,


We reserve the right to:

  • Pause all work on the account

  • Pause active advertising campaigns

  • Prevent you from subscribing to a new plan, until outstanding payments are balanced

Debit cancellation or failed payment fees may be charged where applicable.

7. Client Responsibility & Account Decisions

T D Strategists Ltd is not responsible for losses, damages, or account health issues resulting from:

  • Client delays

  • Client errors

  • Client decisions or instructions

  • Damaged or expired stock

We provide strategic advice and operational support to help prevent such issues, but final responsibility remains with the client.

8. Advertising Spend & Billing Responsibility

All advertising spend for Amazon, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other paid media platforms is billed directly to the client via their chosen payment method.

​

The client retains full ownership and responsibility for:

  • Advertising accounts

  • Billing details and payments

  • Tax obligations

  • Invoices issued to your business

9. Scope of Responsibility

T D Strategists Ltd acts solely as a management and optimisation partner and is not responsible for:

  • Payment processing

  • Billing errors

  • Tax compliance

  • Storage or archiving of third-party invoices

We believe in building long-term partnerships based on transparency, trust, and clear expectations. While these policies allow us to plan and deliver services consistently, we always aim to be fair and flexible where possible.
